Cesar Fuentes

Cesar is originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico, and has been living in Austin, Texas, since 2003.

After earning a Master’s in Construction Engineering and Management from Purdue University, he kicked off an impressive career in construction, business management, and real estate. With over 20 years of experience as a PMP-certified Senior Project Manager, Cesar has flipped 50+ properties, led 15+ development projects, and founded Q Construction Solutions. This firm has won multiple awards, including 2024’s Best Remodeler in Austin by the Home Builders Association, and has completed over 500 residential and commercial projects. You might have even seen Q Construction on HGTV’s House Hunters.

Cesar also boasts a strong track record as an Executive Operations Director, having managed global operations for Fortune 100 companies, improved performance and quality, and led teams of over 100 employees.

Outside of work, Cesar enjoys spending time with his family, meditating, and anything ocean-related. He loves great food, lifelong learning, and arts and crafts, bringing creativity and enthusiasm to all his passions.

Estimates & Technical Manager

Luis Bon

Luis is originally from Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico. After obtaining his bachelor's and master's degrees in Mechanical Engineering at the prestigious Purdue University. He also received his PE (Professional Engineer) certification, one of the highest credentials any engineer can have in the Nation.

Luis joined the Pittsburgh University faculty teaching engineering classes for some time and then went overseas to become a lead engineer for a Fortune 500 Oil Services company. After that, he transitioned to the construction industry where he spent close to a decade as lead engineer designing and managing the construction of complex building structures. Luis relocated to Austin, TX, and joined Q Construction Solutions where his vast technical construction engineering knowledge shines. Luis makes sure that every structural implementation performed is planned and executed with the highest degree of precision. Luis is an avid problem solver and ensures there is a smooth integration across the many disciplines and trades involved in our construction projects.

During his free time, Luis is passionate about life, music, dance, great food, and his loving family. He is a culinary aficionado often found perfecting food recipes The Q Family loves tasting his delicious food!

Operations & Financials Manager

Oscar Botello

Oscar was born and raised in Monterrey, Mexico, where he obtained a bachelor's degree in Computer and Electronics Engineering. He is a well-seasoned engineer and has held leadership management positions in highly recognized companies such as Apple, GE and Netspend, among others.

He has a proven track record of forming and leading new teams with global responsibilities and operations. He is skilled in leading and integrating work teams to achieve goals with limited resources.

Here at Q Construction, Oscar has played a huge part in growing and shaping the different organizations and structuring a world-class operation.

Aside from Oscar's encyclopedia of accomplishments, he loves spending time with his family and pets, and carves out time to master multiple music instruments, including the piano, bass, and French horn among others. If Oscar looks familiar to you, it is because he is Q Construction's resident celebrity as on weekends he plays with his band, Easy Compadre!, across the US and Mexico.

Estimates Specialist

Alberto Alfaro

Originally from Monterrey, Mexico, Alberto graduated with a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineer. Alberto began honing his construction engineering and management skills in the telecommunications industry, focusing on infrastructure construction development projects, before relocating to Austin in 2016 to join Q Construction Solutions.

Since joining our team, Alberto has played a vital role in enhancing the estimating and takeoff process. His efforts have led to significant improvements in our processes, and he continues to be an invaluable member of our team. Alberto possesses a deep curiosity about how things work, which extends to a wide range of topics.

As a father of two boys, he enjoys spending his free time participating in outdoor activities, playing games, and watching movies with his family.

Planning and Operations Coordinator

Nikita Rivas

Nikita is originally from Trinidad and Tobago. She is a well-rounded and impressive project management professional with a passion for creativity and adventure.

Nikita has a bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Sunderland, England, and a CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) certification. She spent over 12 years honing her skills in construction project planning, budgeting, and project management for major multinational companies prior to joining Q Construction.

Today at Q Construction, her skills play a key role during the initial planning, procurement and coordination phase of each project.

During her time off, Nikita enjoys creating art, traveling, experiencing new cultures, spending quality time with her family and friends, and as a Caribbean girl at heart, immersing herself in any body of water she can find! Nikita brings such a unique blend of business savviness, creative flair, and an adventurous spirit to our team.

Sr. Project Manager

Leonardo Olivares

Originally from El Salvador where he accomplished multiple degrees including Architecture and an MBA. Leo's career spans over 25 years of construction design and project management. He had the opportunity to work in both public and private sectors managing residential and commercial construction projects.

Leo's passion for taking on challenges is where he shines. In his tenure at Q Construction Solutions, Leo has proven his wealth of knowledge and experience with taking on every single project and solving daily construction problems with unique and logical solutions. He sees each difficulty as an opportunity to level up and perfect his skills. Leo's astounding growth and professionalism and relationship with clients and subs do not go unrecognized as he is heavily praised by our clients and design counterparts.

During his time outside of work, Leo loves spending time with his family and church community. He loves music, from playing an instrument to listening to an amazing acoustic jazz session. Leo embodies our company's philosophy to "treat every home as if it were your own", and to treat each client as an extension of the Q Construction Family.

Alex Colunga

Alex is originally from Monterrey, Mexico, where he completed a bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urbanism. Before joining Q Construction, Alex spent over a decade working as part of the integral team of a firm that designed and construction managed a multitude of residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects.

During his tenure, Alex contributed to creating functional and sustainable spaces that elevated communities, businesses, and even entire countries' infrastructures.

During his time off, you can find him exploring new trails outdoors, immersing in foreign cultures through travel and language studies, or exploring virtual worlds through video games. In Q Construction, Alex contributes such a wealth of expertise and knowledge to our projects.

His passion for life and relations carries onto everything that he does, including at work, where Alex excels at building a great rapport with all stakeholders of his projects and ensuring that his projects are completed with excellence.

Riccardo Circosta

Riccardo carries a rich multi-generational heritage deeply rooted in the construction industry. He has had an impressive carreer spanning over two decades of hands-on construction expertise and artisan level craftmanship.

Riccardo’s journey has transformed into an enduring career working with notable builders and designers across Toronto, Canada and most recently with Q Construction in Austin, Texas. Riccardo’s extensive experience has given him a deep understanding and respect for construction craftsmanship. He is skilled at finding innovative solutions for projects of all sizes and always prioritizing precision and quality. Inspired and motivated by the client's visions and goals, Riccardo is passionate about seeing a space evolve through every phase. Conversations become blueprints, blueprints become a job site and finally, the job site becomes a beautiful life-changing space.
